Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Training on PLCs)£45,000 + Overtime OTE 49k + 33 Days Holiday + Company BenefitsHounslow, LondonAre you a Maintenance Engineer looking to progress your career within a global company who will invest heavily into your development through external courses, clear routes to progress, and ongoing electrical training including PLCsIn this shifts-based role you will be working on a range of mechanical and electrical machinery with ongoing training to help you progress your skill set. This may include conveyors, motors, sensors, chains, and PLCs for example.This internationally renowned company were founded in the 1940s and boast a huge presence within the automotive, retail, and airport industries. They pride themselves on their staff retention and progression of employees into senior roles, looking to continuetheir organic growth for years to come.This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical background looking to join a large, growing company where they will be developed through continuous training and progression opportunities.The Role:

  • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance of machinery
  • 90% based in Heathrow Airport, some travel to other airports required
  • Shift based - earlies, mid, and lates, moving to 4 on 4 off days and nights soon
  • Overtime paid at 1.3x, weekends 1.5x
