Job Description

A global manufacturer of high-performing and sustainable insulation products for the construction industry based in Chiswick, is looking to recruit a Campaign and Partnership Specialist. Working in the digital and communications marketing team. This is agreat opportunity for experienced Digital Marketing specialist who are looking for a strategic, project-based position.This role is responsible for owning and delivering successful integrated campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business. The chosen individual will also be responsible for working with key merchant and distributor customers,developing a comprehensive partnership programme to strengthen the relationships with the company brand and supporting the delivery of our strategic business objectives. The position will allow the successful individual to work both on strategic and operationaltasks, leading on key projects in the department and across the organisation.Key Result Areas

  • Lead and execute the development of cross channel marketing efforts to reach company strategic targets.
  • Creation of relevant and inspiring content supporting both digital and offline efforts and channels
  • Demonstrate strategic insight and establish and own a 6 - 18-month road map that defines the set of initiatives to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Manage multiple projects in simultaneous stages of evaluation, engaging and driving cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  • Plan campaigns that drive measurable business results (KPIs) and demonstrate a ROMI
  • Leveraging new and innovative opportunities both online and offline.
  • Identify and manage agency relationships and evaluation performance.
  • Set benchmarks for campaigns, drive the analysis of campaigns, formulate optimisation plans, and share results with senior-level management to inform decision making.
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration with marketing, sales, and the wider business to ensure deliverables meet goals, objectives, and expectations.
  • Collecting data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations to inform future campaign and partnership activities
Key skills and experience:
  • A minimum of a bachelors degree is required
  • 5+ years experience in digital campaign marketing, working cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in the following:
    • Content and video marketing, SEO & SEM (Google Adwords and PPC)
    • Social media marketing (Both paid and organic)
    • Email marketing and nurture campaigns (preferably Marketo)
    • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Influencer Marketing
  • Ability to articulate business relevant content into stories that capture the target audience across channels.
