Job Description

A global manufacturer of high-performing and sustainable insulation products for the construction industry based in Chiswick is looking to recruit a Marketing Automation and Lead Development Specialist working in the digital and communications marketingteam. This is a great opportunity for experienced Digital Marketing specialist who are looking for a strategic, project-based position.The role will be to help drive customer acquisition at scale using advanced outbound and inbound relationship building and lead generation tactics. This is an exciting and multifaceted role, which requires a high degree of customer and industry knowledgeand a deep understanding of the latest digital channels and trends. This role is responsible for owning and delivering successful lead acquisition and development strategies, with a strong focus on providing the best possible CX across digital channels. Workclosely with inside sales and wider sales to manage the overall demand generation funnel including lead scoring and performance, and be responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and tracking the performance of digital activities to grow the MQL-SQLpipeline.Key Results Areas

  • Develop and own a clearly defined lead acquisition and nurturing roadmap that defines the set of initiatives to achieve KPIs and reach company strategic targets.
  • Manage multiple projects in simultaneous stages of evaluation, engaging and driving cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  • Plan lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns that drive measurable business results (KPIs) and demonstrate a ROMI
  • Leverage new and innovative opportunities to position the company as an industry leader in the digital space
  • Set benchmarks for projects and campaigns, driving the analysis, formulating optimisation plans, and sharing results with senior-level management to inform decision making.
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration with marketing, sales, and the wider business to ensure deliverables meet goals, objectives, and expectations.
  • Gather and consolidate consumer and competitor intelligence data into actionable items, reports, and presentations to inform future digital initiatives.
  • Identify and manage agency relationships and evaluation performance
Key skills and experience
  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required
  • 5+ years experience in a B2B digital marketing role (preferably email marketing or lead development)
  • Proficient in, Email marketing (preferably Marketo or similar program)
  • Knowledge of email and digital design best-practices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting
  • Experience with nurturing and webinar programs
  • CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar program)
  • Lead funnel optimisation and progression management
  • Marketing Automation and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
  • Strategic planning and budget management
