What you will be doing This two-in-one role will see you join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or transferable skills from another industry, you willuse your knowledge and skills to help support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.No two days will be the same as you take pride in safely escorting and driving staff, visitors and service users to local destinations across Southwest London and surrounding areas. During shifts, you will have access to a company vehicle and will be responsiblefor its maintenance and checks.It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. Who doesnt like a free massage at workWith a huge range of courses that will help you grow and succeed, if you have the aspiration, capability and dedication, Elysium Healthcare can give you the support and opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.Where you will be workingLocation: 13 Alexandra Gardens, Hounslow TW3 4HTYou will be working at Alexandra Gardens, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.The shift patterns include working 7.5 hours a day between the hours 7:00am - 2.30pm and 2.30pm - 10pm, including weekends on a rota basis. Permanent, Full Time position. Extra hours and long shifts can be accommodated.No part time hours.All what we expect from you is:

• We are actively encouraging drivers to apply for this Support Worker vacancy in Hounslow. Must hold the UK driving licence, as part of the role, you will be using the company vehicle to escort the staff and service users to the local destinations.This isto accommodate the needs of our service users in the most efficient manner.
