Finance Manager | Multinational Hospitality Services Organisation | Chiswick (Hybrid) | £60 - 65,000 + bonus & benefitsWe are partnered with a rapidly expanding multinational hospitality services organisation who are looking for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving insight into the financial performance of their key client contracts andsupport a range of improvement projects. The Finance Manager will report to the Director of Finance and gain significant exposure to other senior stakeholders across the organisation.Alongside running the core financial processes, the Finance Manager will oversee a team, provide budgeting support, deliver insightful analysis around performance and investigate variances to provide the story behind the numbers. This is a fabulous opportunityfor someone with some hands on accounting experience but with a desire to gain more operational exposure to the business. The Finance Manager will liaise directly with clients and play a key role in the commercial success of the organisation.The company already generates in excess of £1bn revenue and operates across a truly global remit. However, they continue to grow extensively, both organically and through acquisition. They have recently made several acquisitions to add to their portfolioso you would be joining an exciting, thriving organisation.The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with 1-2 years post-qualified experience in a hands on accounting role. Some exposure to line management is also important. Exposure to complex large multinational companieswould be a benefit.
