FTSE Business.The client has an exciting Data Analyst role working from their West London office on a 1 or 2 day per week basis in the highly electric delivery team.Youll provide a view of data points gathered from different sources used to create accurate and current reporting across several areas. This includes resource capacity planning, projecting future resource demand, project delivery performance tracking andanalysis, and portfolio analysis. Youll take a team- and needs-based approach to their analysis work, understanding the current business challenges of the team and managers and, where appropriate, address them through effective reporting mechanisms.As a highly collaborative and engaging role youll be working with delivery teams, primarily in Content Solutions but also in the Standards Services and Standards Development departments, and utilising tools to capture the data points allowing the deliveryteams to effectively plan current and future workloads, gain data-driven intelligence around the pressure points within their teams and provide insights into operational delivery performance.If you have knowledge and experience of data analytics, ideally with an operational delivery lens in a project-driven environment then this role is for you!In addition, youll have a proven ability to understand and interpret internal stakeholder data requirements and capture data in a way that enables stakeholders to make effective decisions and have a responsive, collaborative and customer-centric approachto their work, with an emphasis of delivering quality information that can be clearly communicated.ProfileThe ideal candidate will be comfortable with Tableau or similar reporting packages.
