A great opportunity has arisen for someone to join a well-established and fast growing company based in Hounslow/Heathrow. Recently voted Londons best steel fabricator. They require a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.They are offering a salaryof £35,000-£40,000 dependant on experienceIf you have a friendly, personable approach with great communication skills then this is the role for you, you will be an integral part of the office, building relationships with customers and resolving issues and queries effectively. An aptitude to understandtechnical details would be a distinct advantage, full training will be given.Duties include:- Answering incoming telephone calls- Directing calls to the relevant department/person- Assisting callers with general enquiries- Dealing with walk-in customers and visitors- Ordering office and production consumables- Preparing the delivery schedule using bespoke software for the following day and sometimes calling customers to agree timings- Taking care of the lobby area ensuring it is tidy and inviting- Filtering incoming emails from new customers by calling them back and building rapport, asking more about the project and where they have heard about the company.- Looking at structured plans asking if it is a live project/tender, how many projects a year do they do, redirecting to another company if its not something we deal with, etc.- Responding to emails that do not require a quotation (these are dealt with by the Estimators)In return for your hard work, you will receive:
