Our client, a local secondary school are recruiting for an experienced Premises Assistant.The successful applicant will assist in the general upkeep of the site to include general maintenance works.The position will report into the Premises Manager and the tasks will include:Routine maintenance - External and internal decoration, basic plumbing and carpentry works, lamp changes, cleaning of gutters etcPorterage - Moving of furniture, equipment and deliveriesYou will have experience within an educational site or similar.Enhanced DBS is essential.37hours per week.Should you be interested in this role and have the necessary skills and experience please contact Dani on
