Job Description

Adult Unplanned and Integrated care Workforce OfficerBAND 4 – salary £21,892 – 24,157 plus outer London High cost area payment37.5 hours per week based at Heart of Hounslow Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare Trust (HRCH) provides a wide range of healthcare services for the population of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Hounslow. A wide range of these healthcare services are delivered by staff in the community with the support of administrative staff working in localities with GPs and other health and social care professionals.We would like to recruit a motivated and suitably experienced Administrator to work within the Community recovery (CRS) and Integrated Community Response Services (ICRS).The purpose of the role is to support the development of CRS and ICRS through the effective use of digital technologies. The postholder will become an expert user of Health Roster system, Employee online and Roster perform to support the teams and management in the effective use of these systems in line with best practice.You will support the teams by:

  • ensuring that all clinical shifts are filled, and other clinical quality and safety tasks planned as a routine.
  • ensuring all admin shifts are filled
  • responding to all rostering queries, aligning all relevant data, producing system reports on a monthly basis to the operational Business Manager and CRS / ICRS Service Managers.
  • internal personnel management processes, alerting the team and Service Managers to staff related actions due, co-ordinating the associated processes and forms to ensure all staff data is accurately maintained.
    • You must be flexible, organised and have excellent time management skills, being able to respond to changing priorities throughout the day. The post is integral to ensuring both teams have adequate staffing and can provide excellent, high quality care to our patients.You will have excellent verbal and written skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, accurate data inputting skills and an enthusiastic approach. Previous NHS experience and use of NHS systems is desirable however training can be provided.The post sits within the business administration service of CRS / ICRS working closely with the Business Manager and the Erostering team.This post requires 37.5 hours per week yet working patterns can be flexible in line with service demands. The normal pattern would be 7.5 hours per day with a 30 minute break.
