The role will oversee a small and responsible for financial management reporting, financial planning and budgeting.Key Responsbilities* Monthly reporting and quarterly forecasting.* Annual budgeting and cash forecasting.* Produce meaningful and insigtful KPI reporting.* Production of corporate 5-year plans.* Tender pricing preparation.* Support the wider business providing key insigts to guide financial decision-making processes.* Provide financial support to your assigned business unit, developing business cases for investments.* Oversee the month-end reporting process.* Develop and improve financial systems and controls.Collaborate with colleagues in the finance team to enhance efficiency and streamline the consolidation process.* Lead and develop the finance team, and support with recruitment.* Stakeholder management.* Working with cross-functional teams on varied projects and assigments.Candidate Requirements* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.* Professional Qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).* Proven experience in a similar profile finance business partnering role.* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.* Background in Logistics, or similar sector.* Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in financial data.* Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.* Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers through compelling financial arguments.* Familiarity with financial software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Howarth MorrisCommitted to Progressing Businesses and Progressing Careers.
