Job Description

Our client is looking for a Trainee Mortgage Adviser in Bolton, and the role comes with a salary of up to £25,500 and excellent benefits.As a Second Charge Mortgage Adviser, you’ll be committed to providing the best outcomes for customers.In your first few weeks in this mortgage sales role, you can expect to engage in these tasks:

Sourcing the best financial products based on the customer’s individual needs and wants
Checking lender criteria and credit checks to ensure suitability
Completing sales calls with our customers, making suitable recommendations backed up with careful research and knowledge of products
Liaising with lenders regarding cases
Following up on leads and chasing cases for updates.

To apply for this mortgage advisor role, you will need proven experience of working successfully to sales targets. You will also require the following:

Current or recent experience of an outbound call environment
Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry
Proven experience in outbound sales, objection handling, and the ability to close deals
Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner.
