Job Title: Senior Management Accountant - 6 Month ContractLocation: North West England, Lancashire, Blackburn Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours in the office 5 days per week Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Per annum Benefits: Bonus Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA Skills: Management Accounting Job Duties:

Prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
Provide financial analysis and insight to senior management.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
Participate in financial audits and liaise with auditors.
Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.

Required Qualifications:

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
Proven experience in a similar management accounting role.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practises.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education: Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in management accounting. Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry.
Knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.

Working Conditions: This role is based in an office setting. Standard office hours apply, with occasional overtime required during peak periods.
