Job Description

3D Rehabilitation are looking for a screener (Triage Call Handler) with excellent computer and customer service skills to join our client screening team based in Bolton.3D Rehabilitation work closely with Solicitor and Insurance firms in connection with physical and psychological injuriesAs a specialist in the area of rehabilitation for those injured or suffering some form of after pain following an accident, 3D Rehabilitation assists solicitors and insurers in suiting their clients with the best treatment plan suitable to their recovery. We are a growing business within the Premex Group. With a warm and welcoming office and a culture where kindness is key, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team.What will I be doingAs a screener (Triage Call Handler) your primal purpose will be to ensure you have accurately recorded the clients incident assessment ensuring procedural guidelines have been met – you will speak with the client over the telephone and complete the screening whilst accurately recording information through ticking the relevant boxes that apply to the client along with any additional comments in line with any answers given.Why join us3D Rehabilitation will up skill you, offering a full training programme, focusing on your individual development and progression path.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great listening skills and computer skills to start a commercial role within administration and commercial customer service.You’ll become involved in our company culture, which is all about performing to the best of your ability in a collaborative and dynamic team always offering the highest standard of work.Your main duties;You will liaise with all levels involved with the case file. Therefore, it is essential that you communicate effectively and professionally on every call - Ensuring all details are conveyed clearly and concisely to all parties.What we ask of you;
