They aim to build a business where everyones voice is heard and recognised and their people consistently feel that they are part of something great!Your role, responsibilities and what you can achieve in the next 12 months:As a Valuation Manager, your role will consist of the following;Visiting a variety of properties within your local area and providing an accurate and competitive valuationDeveloping and maintaining a strong relationship with vendorsAdvising clients on the best course of action to achieve the best price for their propertyConverting valuations into instructionsCompleting contracts and ensuring all legal requirements are checkedEnsure all properties are listed correctlyHit or exceed individual and team targetsInforming vendors of our additional servicesGenerating new and repeat businessWriting property descriptions, preparing brochures and drawing up floorplansWorking hours:This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday, including one in three Saturdays. Working days are 8:45am - 5:30pm weekdays (8:45am - 5:00pm Friday) and 9am - 2pm Saturdays.Key Requirements:At least 2 years experience within estate agency as a property valuerExcellent communication skillsProfessionalOrganisedAmbitiousDrive to hit or exceed targetsWillingness to learn and develop your skillsLocal area knowledgeIndustry related professional qualification such as NAEA or NFOPP would be a distinct advantage but not essentialFull Clean UK Driving LicenceDue to the high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
