Job Description

Financial Case ManagerWorking for the UKs largest finance broker based in Horwich, Bolton, you will have the ability to thrive and collaborate in a forward thinking and fun environment.Salary; £22,000 per annum, rising to £23,500 upon completion of probation + bonus. Including the opportunity to gain your CeMap, FUNDED by our client.Hours; Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm. NO WEEKENDS!Location; Horwich, Bolton - office based. Full time - permanent role.A typical day may look like;

  • Effectively managing a pipeline of first charge mortgage applications through to completion.
  • Communicating and building relationships with all relevant parties.
  • Fully reviewing new cases where customers have responded after point of sale to accurately underwrite the case in accordance with the lenders criteria.
  • Corresponding both written and verbally with the customer throughout the process, informing them of the requirements, keeping them updated, and guiding them through the process.
  • Instructing all necessary valuation reports, and review upon receipt, and request and review any further reports required - e.g. coal mining reports.
  • Undertaking all calls and underwrite with adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Building and maintaining a knowledge base to ensure competency is met and targets are reached.
The role consists of processing and managing mortgage applications from the initial response through to completion, ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver mortgage completions for our customers.What we require from you;
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, where you have worked successfully to targets.
  • Ability to adapt to changes within the industry and adapt quickly to training.
  • Able to demonstrate achievements against a wide range of competencies.
  • Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner.
