Job Description

2nd Line Support Are you ready for a career in IT support and not just another helpdesk job Were looking for 2nd Line Support Analysts and Engineers to join an award winning MSP! As a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst you will have an important job helping to support customers by resolving issues and supporting 1st Line Support in more complex situations. 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst Main Responsibilities: · Provide support to 1st Line Analysts by resolving technical issues in accordance with agreed SLAs · Work with 3rd Line Support · Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and suppliers · Ensure that all documentation and systems are kept up-to-date, including the Cherwell system · Take ownership of user requests, performing technical diagnosis and fixing the issue either remotely or onsite · Various tasks including troubleshooting, infrastructure, systems monitoring, desktop/laptop builds, access management, software installations, expertise in Microsoft OS and Apple IOS, ERP Support 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst Knowledge and Experience were looking for: · 2 years + IT Support Experience · Networking Technologies (LAN/WAN, VOIP, DHCP/DNS) · VMware / Hyper V · Microsoft Windows Server · Exchange / Office 365 · TCP/IP, Active Directory If you have any qualifications such as Windows Server 2012-2016, Microsoft Exchange 365, Windows Desktop 7 - Windows 10 and maybe even ITIL certified then this a bonus! Basic Salary up to £30,000 DOE Engaging and rewarding culture!
