Job Description

As the Warehouse Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for revolutionising the warehousing operations through cutting-edge lean and automation methodologies. Drawing on expertise in warehouse layout optimisation and automation systems,you will be responsible as a team member, in selecting and implementing future Warehouse automation system and warehouse Management SystemResponsibilities:

  • Deliver a world-class automated warehouse.
  • Collect and analyse data from automated systems to assess performance and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance of all automated systems meet industry and safety standards and comply with regulations
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to safety protocols and compliance.
  • Lead automation projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring that are developed on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, manage resources, and coordinate project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Warehouse / Logistics Manufacturing Engineering / Design-Implementation projects.
  • FMEA / Control planning / Single Point Lesson creation experience.
  • CAD and process design expertise / Experience.
  • Experience in engineering high-impact, business-critical automation & lean projects, that require stakeholder engagement at all levels of the business.
  • Expert in Lean tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with a wide range of automation solutions including low-cost / semi-automation through to semi and fully automated solutions.
