We are a small professional firm of Consulting Engineers involved in Forensic Investigations and are seeking a bright and experienced Office Administrator/PA of high calibre to offer a broad range of administrative assistance to the Office Manager and widerTeam.Key Job Functions:* Assist Team in production of often confidential written advice.* Desk-top publishing and potentially basic CAD (training provided as required).* Update accounting system and prepare invoices and associated correspondence.* Managing incoming and outgoing emails and post, and maintain filing systems.* Manage databases and carry out searches.* Appropriately managing telephone calls.* Booking meetings / diary management.* Ensure routine office functions are undertaken in an effective and timely manner.Attributes for a successful candidate include:* Excellent written and oral skills in English and ability to proof read documents.* Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy.* Flexible working practices and use of appropriate judgement to prioritise work.* Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with Adobe Acrobat and InDesign preferable.Required skills
