This is an excitingand unique opportunity to operate at a senior level within the WAMHS team,co-ordinating allaspects of health and social care needs for users with severe and enduring mental health challenges.If this sounds like an interesting opportunity for you, why not join us and lets make a difference to our communities together!About The JobIn this exciting role, you will be required toact as a lead professional responsible for delivering a statutory social work service to those people who access or need the service,to include assessment, planning, implementing and review, and being responsiblefor leading on a specialist area of service delivery, ensuring that key developments are communicated to colleagues and that business change is successfully implemented.To be qualified for this role, you are expected to be working at Senior Social Worker level or higher. You will possess the ability to influence in a multi-disciplinary setting,and communicate clearly and effectively to explain complicated information toa wide range of people,negotiatingwith and persuadingothers to adopt a particular course of action that they may not otherwise wish to take.Experience and SkillsPlease refer to the job description for a full list of key skills and experience associated with this role.
