Senior Pricing Analyst/ Manager - InsuranceWe are currently recruiting on an exclusive basis for an insurance brand which is housed within one of the largest insurance groups globally. The pricing team is on the verge of an exciting transformation towards more advanced analytical capabilities, currently investing significantly in growing the team and in adding cutting edge software allowing for the exploration and deployment of more data science/ machine learning techniques.Currently we are recruiting for an experienced insurance pricing professional to join the team either at manager level, or senior level with potential for progression to manager. Due to the changing structure of the team, there may also be the potential for future advancement for the right person into a Head of Pricing position.As well as the exciting growth and technological advancement, this is also a great opportunity to get involved in new product development and launches.Requirements:Extensive experience price modelling of insurance productsSAS, Emblem, Radar, Python, R, SQL or similar coding language for predictive modellingIdeally end-to-end model build and deploymentIdeally management experience, as a minimum leading on project delivery and mentoring/ coaching of more junior analystsProven success in the recommendation and implementation of pricing changesCommercial acumen and understanding of the impact of your workAny personal or light commercial lines experience considered, but Pet and/or Travel would be beneficialIf you would like to find out more, please send your CV or contact Alex Williams at Gerrard White Consulting for more details.
