We are currently recruiting for a wealth management company based in West Sussex. We have worked with this company for many years, helping people to join them and embark on a career in wealth management, mortgage administration and advisory roles. They havea firm reputation of bringing and nurturing fresh talent, preferring to promote and develop from within the business to fill the senior positions in the company. Paraplanners and Financial Advisors have all started in administrative roles, and this positionhas become available due to such a promotion.As a mortgage and pensions administrator, you will be expected to carry out important administrative tasks that are in keeping with regulations, as well as working at a speed and efficiency that ensure customer/client satisfaction. You will be expected tochase stakeholders in the mortgage application process for paperwork, decisions and signatures, and collect, store and maintain information and documentation accordingly.About you:To apply for the role of Mortgage and pensions administrator, we would expect that you have either a year or two’s experience in mortgage administration, or perhaps have completed your CeMAP qualifications (or both) or perhaps had a few years working inpensions administration.
