Mechanical Design Engineer/Estimator (Building Services) Horsham, West Sussex £30,000 - £45,000 + Benefits + Holidays + Pension Mechanical Design Engineer / Estimator position available at a market leading mechanical services company that have built their reputation on providing a high quality service to their clients, offering the chance to work on exciting projects and the potential for future career progression into a managerial role. Do you have experience designing for mechanical services Have you worked within the commercial construction industry This company offers their clients complete turnkey solutions, taking projects from initial design stage through to the installation and offer continued support through maintenance and commissioning. Due to an increased workload and expanding their design capabilities, they are looking to add a Mechanical Design Engineer/Estimator into their dedicated team. In this role you will be responsible for multiple projects at different phases. You will be tasked with taking specifications and drawings and evaluating what is needed whilst also generating the designs. You will create Bills of Materials and generate costs, talk with suppliers and produce all documentation. You will also be responsible for price proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for mechanical services in the commercial property sector, looking for the next step in their career and to work on exciting projects. The role:
