Great opportunity for experienced Marketing Manager to join growing business in Horsham, West Sussex.This is a standalone Marketing Manager role reporting to the organisations CEO and the successful applicant will ideally have marketing experience and CIM qualification preferably from within the manufacturing or construction industry.Duties will include analysing customer insights, market trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies that increase customer demand for products and generate specified and qualified sales leads. Develop briefs and guide creative directionto meet objectives for all advertising and customer-facing communications, including print, digital, and video. Managing content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and provide sales support.Working closely with the technical and sales team to have in place required testing and compliance aligned with the market current and future needs, and legal requirement. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking andanalysis, and optimize accordingly. Liaise with external agencies to ensure project requests are delivered on time and within budget. Plan, develop and manage marketing communications both internally and externally.
