HR AdministratorWest Sussex£35,000 paMy Client is seeking an experienced, proactive and detail orientated Human Resources Administrator/Assistant to assist with the development and execution of all strategic and tactical HR initiatives and plansThe Role:-HR Administration:• Maintain accurate employee records• Processing employee lifecycle events such as new hires, promotions, and terminations/resignations• Drafting and issuing employment confirmations, visa sponsorship confirmations, contractual changes, references, etcRecruitment:• Job posting• Candidate screening, scheduling interviews• Preparation of offer letters, employment contracts and new hire orientation materials• Assist with Onboarding/Offboarding Support • Conduct first day inductions• Working closely with IT to ensure IT Equipment is allocated• Complete all onboarding paperwork, scanning passport, completing induction, and payroll checklist• Undertake all pre-employment checks including references• Maintain staff files (up to date passport etc)• Liaise with the accounts department to find out any outstanding loans/holiday paymentsYou will also be involved in ER, L&D, Compliance and Employee BenefitsQualifications and Skills:• Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position preferred• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team• A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous (CIPD Level 3)Travel to other UK offices my be requiredOur mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
