Oversee HR Team and assist company growthWe have an exciting new opportunity to work with one of our long-standing partners for a Human Resources manager. We find ourselves in the unique position of recruiting a person that we will be working very closely with in the future as we continue to helpsource and hire financial services talent for this well-respected wealth management firm.This role offers long term prospects to build and grow your own HR team and have a say in its direction and focus. You will initially be managing existing HR policies, but then will be expected to review these and make recommendations and changes that youfeel will improve the service your team can provide the wider business with. Ultimately ensuring a safe, healthy and engaging work environment within a company that sees development and training of it’s personnel as key to the company’s culture.The role will be a diverse one with duties including managing the integration of staff through business acquisitions, overseeing staff training and development, some strategic HR planning (including recruitment and succession planning). You will also beinvolved in staff discipline management where required, supporting staff and line management with personnel performance planning where necessary.You will have a small team of administrators and receptionists that you will be responsible for managing directly, and whom to act as a mentor and support for, as they also continue to grow with your guidance.About you: Applicants should have a decent level of experience within a HR management position, and have proven history of implement policies and procedures to a company of around 700 employees across the UKPossession of your CIPD qualifications will greatly improve your application, although not essential if a suitable amount of experience in a similar role can be demonstrated.
