Job Description

Reed Accountancy are partnered with a highly successful and growing business in the Horsham area who are seekinga Finance Managerto join their teamto lead theLettings team on a permanent basis.This will be a hands-on role with oversight of day-to-day transactions, managing a well-established team and driving the business forward. This role will be predominantly office based and due to the nature of the role, previous lettings sector experienceis essential.As Finance Manager- Lettings, your key duties will include:

  • Overseeing the successful running of a busy lettings finance team
  • Assisting senior leadership team with acquisitions of potential businesses
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Hands-on involvement to ensure effective team management and smooth running of the department
  • Setting and reviewing KPIs for recognition & rewards
  • Supporting the wider business through attendance of regular meetings and representation of the lettings department
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
  • Strong team management experience
  • Previous experience within lettings (essential)
  • Good Excel skills including pivots and v-lookups
  • A hands-on approach to everyday tasks, to ensure that tight deadlines are met
