Finance Business Partner | Horsham | £40,000 - £50,000Our client: a renowned organisation within their specialism is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner due to substantial growth and increased revenue within the last 12 months.Reporting directly into the Finance Director, the successful applicant will hold responsibility for providing financial, analytical and strategic decision support across the group.- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Lead in setting several budgets for multiple entities- Act as the main point of contact within finance for undergoing projects- Provide key insight and analysis to ensure informed decision making- Work closely with the Head of Finance and deputise when needed- Analyse costs and make necessary adjustments- Attend monthly board meetingsRequired skills & experience:- ACCA / CIMA qualification obtained- Proven experience within a finance business partnering role- Hunger to grow and develop as the organisation expandsIn return:- Competitive remuneration package- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays- Flexible working & the opportunity to WFH once a week during normaltimes’- Generous pension scheme- Access to private healthcare scheme & discountsStart Date 26th Jan 2021End Date 9th Mar 2021This is one of many vacancies we are handling across the Finance & Accountancy market right now.
