Job Description

IF you have farming background/knowledge.come and join an enthusiastic team working in a friendly office environmentWe are a Company committed to providing computerised solutions for businesses including farms, private estates, property management, letting companies and land agents.We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our growing company in the role of a Software Support Advisor for our software.Key areas of responsibility

  • Resolving client queries by phone and email in relation to the use of our range of products (particularly our accounts and property management software)
  • Identifying possible data and program issues
  • Using remote access software applications to investigate client problems
  • Logging issues and queries on our call (ticket) logging system
  • Reporting to the Support Services Manager
  • Other ad-hoc duties
Key skills and experienceSuccessful applicants will need to demonstrate:
  • Farming knowledge
  • Excellent communications skills,
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
  • A positive, enthusiastic approach
  • The ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative
