Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide customers with information and guidance throughout the purchasing process
  • Offer technical advice and respond to product-related queries as a specialist (full training provided)
  • Efficiently manage the credit and collection cycle
  • Process customer orders and returns accurately and timely
  • Coordinate with the transport team and oversee incoming deliveries
  • Utilise CRM system effectively to access customer information and manage quality cases
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Identify and address customer issues with creative problem-solving techniques
