Who are youYoure a confident, capable, and driven solicitor, currently working either in private practice, or in-house. You will be looking for an excellent opportunity to make the transition in-house, or will be looking for your next in-house role with an international company based in West Sussex.You will have 2-4 years of commercial-focused post qualified experience, and will be well-versed in commercial contracts - you must have demonstrable drafting experience.Experience of IT agreements and/or procurement would be preferable, but are by no means a requirement.You must have a car and full drivers license.You must be admitted on the roll of solicitors for England & Wales.Who will you be working forYou will join the legal team at a leading provider of IT solutions, consultancy and support, both cloud based and on site. It offers IT products and services to its clients, including cloud and managed services, data centre services, and hardware and software. This Commercial Legal Counsel role will be based in their head office in West Sussex.Your role:You will join the team as a Commercial Legal Counsel, and will review and provide advice relating to commercial contracts. These will include NDAs, goods & services agreements, IT agreements, cloud agreements, and supplier agreements.
