As the General Manager of a Barchester Care Home you will be a leading face for the delivery of person-centred care that helps set us apart.Westlake House is a 60 bed care home, offering 24-hour nursing and residential care forthe elderlyin need of additionalsupport. Alongside this, we offer respite care and short breaks, which can now be pre-booked up to a year in advance. Westlake Househad a major refurbishment in 2017 and its new appearance was carefully designed with the people we care for in mind. The home now has en-suite, fully furnished bedrooms that can be personalised, beautiful lounge areas with views of our gardens, as well aselegant and spacious dining rooms.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for an experienced Registered Manager (RM), with a passion for elderly care. This role calls for excellent leadership, organisational and management skills to build strong foundations for our care home. Were looking for care home, marketingand occupancy management experience, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
