Business Analyst

My leading insurance client are looking to bring on a Business Analyst with strong experience working in General Insurance.Candidates must have:

Extensive experience in using business analysis processes, approach and tools.
Must have General Insurance knowledge - e.g. General Insurance, P&C, Life, Health, Commercial
Business Analysis skills, experience incl: requirements elicitation & analysis, requirements documentation, organization analysis, due diligence of existing business requirements & IT application, gap analysis, business process modeling
Self-starter, proactive, independently work and be responsible, able to drive progress
Knowledge of Agile, Jira and confluence - desirable but not mandatory
User story creation, defining acceptance criteria, communicate with tech team - development and testing, defining customer journey for transactions
Excellent written and oral communication
Facilitation and Stakeholder Management skills
Experience with the following technologies: Duck Creek, Guidewire (desirable)
