Job Description Morgan McKinley is looking for an Account Manager to join a dynamic team in a newly refurbished office, with a built-in gym, jacuzzi and break-out area with a pool table!, and free onsite parking. The offices are based in the Horsham area, ideally, you willbe a driver due to the location. This role is ideal for someone with previous Account Management experience or a graduate with fantastic communications skills. Job Title - Account Manager Length - Permanent / Full-time OFFICE BASEDHours: 9AM-5PM Salary - £22k - £24k basic + commission and bonus - OTE £30k. Location - Horsham area DESCRIPTION:Account Manager duties:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges
  • Upsell to existing customers
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and support
The ideal Account Manager will have/be:
  • Previous experience in an account manager role or a similar environment
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Very well organised
  • Able to work under pressure
