Job Description

My client, a rapidly growing Technical Services firm are hiring for a 2nd Line Systems Engineer in Horsham. Within this position you will Support, Maintain and Implement a range of Windows infrastructure technologies like Office 365, VMWare, Windows Server,Azure, Office 365 and Cisco Networks. This role is mostly focused on Infrastructure support but there are some duties related to the 2nd Line of Helpdesk Support.Main duties will include:

  • Consult clients on their technical infrastructure and make recommendation of how they use technology within the business
  • Assist and Manage technical projects from planning to implementation
  • Providing 2n Line support to 1st Line Staff via Logged Problems
  • Installing Maintaining and managing the local office network equipment in all offices in the UK
  • Supporting the Office 365, Azure AD and other systems infrastructure to a high level
  • Configuring and deploying Routers and Networking equipment at new and existing sites
  • 2nd Line Desktop Support for UK based clients
Technical Requirements Needed;
  • Microsoft Office 365 Support, Install and Administration
  • Cisco Networks
  • Azure Cloud Infrastructure Support
  • Azure AD
  • ITIL framework
  • VMware or Hyper-V (Desirable)
