A great opportunity has arisen to join a high calibre independent Estate Agency in Hornchurch who are looking to recruit a Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.Some responsibilities but not limited:·Dealing with all enquiries, by telephone, email or face to face ·Booking in and attending viewings, both rental and sales·Giving relevant feedback from viewings ·General administration duties, updating records, and property particulars·Dealing with and negotiate sales or lettings offers·Liaising with Solicitors and Vendors when necessary·Responding to lettings maintenance issues and taking appropriate course of actionsIdeal Candidate:·Some experience within Estate Agency or Sales/Targeted environment·Well presented and professional manner·Eager to learn and possess a Can Do attitude·High customer service and communication skills·Show a passion for building a career in Estate Agency·Driving licence and own carThis is a great opportunity to join a company who will provide full training and support in this role.
