Digital Marketing Manager Membership BodyHome or Office Based in Essex or Hybrid - Fully FlexibleBasic Salary £35,000 Benefits include - 20 days HolidayPermanent, Full TimeMy client a well-established and leading membership body with over 7,000 members in UK and Internationally is currently searching for a Digital Marketing Manager.The membership body will consider applicants from across the United Kingdom, with to be agreed working arrangements that allow for time in the office environment and time working remotelyIf you have experience as a digital marketing executive or manager working for a Trade Association, Professional Body, Membership Body, Not for Profit, Subscription company or similar we would love to hear from you.The RoleResponsible for driving digital initiatives to support communication, content, and growth strategies of the membership bodyTo help the Institute maximise the opportunities digital channels present, establishing a consistent voice in its digital communications and working in conjunction with key relationships to deliver content across our website, email, and social communicationplatforms.Key Responsibilities Ensure that membership bodys role as a trusted, independent, and respected Institute is enhanced via its digital presenceWork with Membership Director to develop and deliver an online digital communications strategy that drives traffic to the new membership body website, raising the membership bodys profile within the plumbing and heating industry, and with consumersPlace digital channels at the heart of membership body membership recruitment and retention activities. Work in partnership with Membership Director and Membership Manager to ensure this is achieved effectively, efficiently, and expeditiouslyReview, and regularly update membership body website content, providing valuable content and resourcesCreate and distribute exciting, engaging communications from membership body via regular email and newsletter messaging. Analyse results and adapt based upon data to maximise effectiveness through established digital marketing strategy techniquesWork across all membership body departments to understand key objectives and priorities and establish how they can be distilled into valuable digital contentLead on the use of membership body social media platforms to raise profile and to signpost content and services available through relationships with the membership bodyWork with membership body digital partners and contributors to ensure digital technologies are leveraged to their maximum potentialHelp membership body to use digital channels to research, and subsequently provide improvements to membership services, benefits, and contentProvide digital support and training to membership body colleaguesThe PersonPrevious digital marketing executive or digital marketing manager experienceExperience running the digital channels in similar environmentExperience updating website and social media with engaging contentGood writing skillsAbode experienceCRM Microsoft Dynamics integration advantageousCMS website experienceTo apply to this role please send your CV.Due to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
