Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team of 7 Chefs and Kitchen Porters who deliver 3 Rosette food in their Restaurant using fresh local ingredients. You will also be involved with afternoon tea, room service and weddingand function food preparation. You will be working with their experienced Head Chef, Giuseppina Terracciano, to produce a range of dishes for the Restaurant as well as for the exclusive events, weddings and function for all clients. You will have involvement across all areas of the kitchenwhich will allow you to develop your technical, costing, team management and coaching skills.You will be required to work 5 days per week with flexible shifts including weekends.To be considered for this role*You will need to show that you have worked in a quality Hotel or High End Restaurant with quality fresh produce and to a Rosette or Michelin Star Standard*Experience across a variety of kitchen sections*Used to working within a small team whilst not compromising standards or quality and keeping a team spirit and passion alive *The flair to give input and work with the team to continually develop the food offered
