Job Description

Pertemps are working with a reputable organisation based near Crawley who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing and ambitious team. Fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service & IT skills, eager to builda rewarding career with a forward-thinking organisation.Whats in it for you

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm
  • Up to £25,000pa DOE

The Role:
  • Processing of quotations, orders, and sales in effective manner.
  • Handling customer queries & complaints, investigating issues and resolving within a timely manner.
  • Maintaining customer records on the inhouse CRM.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience for the customer.
  • Effectively managing a customer base and accurately report progress through the CRM system.
  • Working closely with the operations and product team to provide partners with a seamless operational service.
The Person:
  • Ideally previous experience in a similar, office-based role
  • Strong IT skills including MS Packages Word & Excel
  • Confident communicator, both written & verbal
  • Strong planning / organisational skills with ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
