JT Contracting is an M&E fitout specilalist which is part of the JT Group of companies. We are looking for a Admin/Office manager to help with the day to day running of the business.JT is a new and exciting company who requires the right candidate to grow with the company!JT currently require an Admin professional 3 days per week. This may increase and therefore flexibility is desired.Daily tasks will involve:1. Processing invoices from sub-contractors and suppliers2. File labour timesheets3. Update P&L sheets (Profit and Loss)4. Paying suppliers and employees5. Monthly meetings with MD regarding financials and forecasts6. Issuing POs7. Keeping logs of employee and sub-contractors information8. General tasks involed in the day to day running of the officePrimarily based from home, but may require the odd meeting in London with MD. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.The applicant will need excellent verbal and written communication skills.Appllicants should be confident using microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint as well as accounting programmes, such as Xero.
