Job Description

Are you experienced in management accounts or a Senior Bookkeeper looking for you next step

  • Salary: £44K - £50K
  • Hybrid working with flexible working hours
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Pension: 20% employer contribution
  • Location: Horley, Surrey
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Overseeing bookkeeping of partnership accounts
  • Producing management accounts including commentary
  • Accruals, deferred income and prepayments
  • Production of monthly Profit & Loss reports
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Presenting accounts on a quarterly basis
  • Inter-company reconciliation and analysis where necessary
Duties
  • Responsibility for the preparation and delivery of management accounts along with commentary
  • The preparation of accurate P&L, Balance Sheet and variance analysis
  • Responsible for the preparation and review of the budgets and forecasts
  • Produce business cash flow
  • The review and posting of inter-company transfers
Essential skills / experience
  • Previous experience of working in a finance team
  • Strong knowledge of management accounts - proven technical ability
Desirable skills /experience
  • Experience of budgeting and cash flow
  • Managing multiple company accounts
  • Working knowledge of Xero and Excel
  • Experience of relationship building with stakeholders
