Learning and Development Team LeaderHorley Full time Up to £34,000Hybrid working available Overall Purpose of jobIn one sentence, describe the overall purpose of this job.Part of busy team within our HR Service Centre, the purpose of this role is to ensure we remain compliant by leading the team that coordinates training across all locations using our internal Learning Management System. This role will cover a large varietyof training requests, including, SHEA, industry specific training, further learning and ad-hoc Talent and Development training.Supervisory responsibilities for the team, including delegation of training co-ordination by using reporting to establish expiring training and new training requests and plan appropriatelySubject expert on Cornerstone LMS Stand in for HRSC Manager where requiredManagement of Trainee Programmes, including working with Recruitment and senior stakeholdersPlan and coordinate training across Southern & Scottish locations, using internal Learning Management System (Cornerstone) by liaising with our internal and external training suppliers, colleges & awarding bodiesExpertiseThe successful candidate will have extensive Cornerstone (or similar LMS system) experience to an expert level, this will include; management of interest tracking, waitlist management, creation of events and sessions, reporting, email distribution, eLearningassigningExcellent management and stakeholder skillsPrevious experience with coordinating training within highly compliant industry You will be able to effectively communicate and liaise with all stakeholders, work to tight deadlines, prioritise workloads and have organisational skills You will seek continuous improvements and work with the wider HR Service Centre, Training Admin team and Training Business Partners to implement efficiencies You will be able to identify issues proactively and ensure the situation is resolved as a priority.Proficient will all Microsoft office packagesBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
