Job Description

This is a busy role which will involve supporting customers with system updates and guidance as you will become a super user on the system with ongoing training provided. They have a hugely supportive working environment with full training provided and they offer flexible working with3 days from home and 2 day in office.DescriptionThe main duties of the role will include:-

  • Support a variety of customer externally with systems training and guidance on how to produce reports and data required for the business.
  • Provide any solutions when required and collect any feedback accordingly.
  • Highlight any key performance issues which can be improved and advice on ideas.
  • Solve any problems efficiently and provide solutions consistently to achieve satisfaction levels.
  • Work efficiently in a team dynamic.
