Job Description

  • Position: Customer Service Manager
  • Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
  • Location: Horley
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 7/8am start to 4.30/5pm
  • Free parking available and progression as the company grows
We are looking for an experienced senior Customer Service person to join a growing company managing a small but growing customer service team in the Horley area.This is both a hands on customer service / order processing role and a leadership role of a team of three (and growing).As the Customer Service Manager you will:
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives: Coach, train, and develop staff to deliver world-class service, exceeding customer expectations
  • Manage the customer service workflow: Optimize processes, implement quality assurance measures, and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery
  • Support the sales team: Generate quotes, respond to inquiries, and provide pre- and post-sales support to close deals and drive revenue
  • Manage the office team: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, oversee administrative tasks, and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Build strong relationships with customers
