Job Title: Enterprise ArchitectSummaryWe are recruiting for a PropTech who is a rapidly growing technology business with the vision, resources and team to become a global player in the property rental sector over the next 3-5 years.Our platform was only recently launched, but we are already getting fantastic growth in inventory and customer numbers; weve been overwhelmed by the amazing feedback so far and our ambition is to build the best platform in the world for property transactions and to expand our initially UK-based business into other countries.We have an amazing team at present that is constantly growing. We are looking for a Systems Architect who will be focusing on viewpoints: deliverables, responsibilities, and activities.The successful candidate will join a growing UK and India Development team as reporting to the CPO and VP of Engineering. The UK and India Development Team consists of several competencies including UX, QA, Developers and BAs.Our current technologies include Azure, Node.js, React, Redux, Firebase & Typescript; we will build out our future stack from these (not immutable) core foundations, so in-depth experience and knowledge of all of these technologies is a pre-requisite.Day to Day Responsibilities

Work alongside product development to design and refine new ideas and techniques.

Identifying new technical partnership opportunities for the company and manage relationships.

Maintaining and upkeeping the organization’s IT networks and services.

Oversee, improve and upgrade enterprise services, software, and hardware.

Execute competitive analysis of products and software systems.

Design and refine new techniques.

Design solution specifications for existing features.

Develop solutions which is cost-effective and compliant with our product.

Develop software solutions.

Analyse business properties and external environment and define all business needs.

Cost analysis and benefits of new solutions.

Verifying that the IT strategy is aligned with the organization’s requirements.

Identify business needs in contact with external factors like competitors and internal factors like the company’s IT landscape.

You will be analyzing current trends in technology architecture and educating technology departments about new frameworks and best practices.

Define business goals and design an IT roadmap to bridge between context and concept.

Using your expertise to determine how AI or blockchain could be used to create a competitive advantage.

While creating the right enterprise infrastructure the new applications must meet all business standards and should be in line with the company’s integrity.

Making sure that company security is not compromised.

RequirementsMust-Have

Be a good team player and have excellent communication and presentation skills to bring life to your vision to team members and stakeholders.

A good problem solver, decision-making skills, and be a visionary thinker.

Have the ability to understand customer and business needs and translate them into technical solutions in a language the customers can understand.

To take lead in designing and delivering coherent and consistent technical architecture that meets the company’s current and future business strategy.

Take ownership of design and technical architecture and roadmap including but not limited to; infrastructure, data, security, software systems etc.

You are required to have a good understanding of Software Engineering, machine learning, and Data Engineering.

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Must have worked as a Full Stack Developer, Solutions Architect, or CTO with experience of taking products from initial prototype to commercial scaling.

Experience in building scalable API-driven architecture on AWS or other cloud platforms
