Academics are now recruiting for a Year 2 1:1 teaching assistant for a September 2020 start.About the school: The school is based in Ellesmere Port and is a one and a half form entry school, currently rated "Good" by Ofsted. The head teacher has been in place at school for a number of years.About the role: The position is open to a teaching assistant with experience of working in a school, ideally within KS1. You must also have experience of working with children with ASC. You will be supporting a Year 2 pupil with ASC and some challenging behaviour. The school need a teaching assistant who is patient and has experience of implementing structure throughout the day. The role is originally for the Autumn term with the potential to be extended beyond Christmas. This role is on a full time basis (8.30 - 15.30), five days a week.About Academics: Academics are a national education agency with offices all over England and Wales.
