Title - Organic Search SEO ExecutiveSalary - £25,000 to £29,000 dependant on previous experience plus many benefitsHours Mon-Fri 9 am to 5.30 pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Personal strengths and perseverance are recognised.The roleWe are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our expanding SEO team. Youll work alongside our account management and content marketing teams and be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies. Youll work on a small portfolio ofclients and take responsibility for their organic visibility.We work as a team to ensure what we deliver is best in class and need someone that can share in our values and success. With the chance to work on some industry-leading brands, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that will suit an individualwith a passion for SEO and the drive to push our clients organic performance.Specific responsibilities will include:* Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis and plan the keyword and content strategy for your clients.* Undertake technical SEO and site speed audits to find and remove any impediments to SEO performance on clients websites.* Conduct content and link profile analysis on our clients and their competitors websites to discover vertical trends and determine weaknesses and opportunities for our clients.* Constantly monitor clients SEO performance, and report findings back to the Account Management and Senior Management teams.* Work closely with our copywriters and content marketing team to ensure successful execution of your clients content and link strategies.* Attend and contribute to internal strategy planning meetings to help define the most relevant and effective strategies and best SEO practice for your clients.* Attend the occasional client meeting or conference call when required to support the Account Manager with SEO queries.Relevant skills and experience include: * A genuine passion for SEO* Basic to intermediate programming experience e.g. HTML and CSS* Experience using industry-standard tools, such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics & Google Search Console.* Ability to manage own workload to ensure that individual, team and company targets are achieved* Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint* Ability to work in a team environment and support/develop colleagues* Ability to use FTP and database management software* Basic knowledge of Javascript and PHP* Relevant further education include Computer Science, Business Studies and MarketingOur culture and rewards* Hybrid working policy* Excellent training and development opportunities* 22 days holiday increasing to 27 with long service plus bank holidays* Plus everyone gets their birthday off* Monthly funded company social activities* Quarterly employee recognition and rewards up to £1,000* Company quarterly bonus scheme* Mental health support and employee helpline* Flexible working available on request after 26 weeks continuous service* Me Time (allowance to attend personal appointments)* Life assurance benefit* Relaxed and supportive atmosphereIf you feel you have what it takes to make the most of this opportunity and be part of our expert SEO team we want to hear from you!
