Title - Key Account Manager / Account ManagerMonday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm (1 hour unpaid Lunch)Based at Hooton Office (Hybrid working in place - 8 days per month *T&Cs apply)Salary - Basic up to £35,000 depending on level of experience plus uncapped bonus (OTE £40k).As a result of rapid growth and the successes we have achieved within our market sector, we are recruiting for a driven individual to join our Account Management team based in Hooton, Cheshire. You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 5 -10 customers accounts based across the UK, with the occasional client abroad.As one of our Account Managers, you will work with new and existing client accounts to ensure that we deliver the highest level of service and maximise all potential business whilst maintaining regular contact with clients and reviewing their account performanceto ensure that it meets client objectives.You will renegotiate and renew contracts on an ongoing basis and remain in constant contact sending, discussing and analysing workflow and reports with clients. You will need to understand and interpret client data in a clear and commercial manner - identifyingopportunities and challenges in a proactive manner.Full training on our proposition will be provided but you will need to be able to understand and interpret campaign data relating to Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) and website performance. The use of Microsoft Excel, analysing dataand understanding trends will be part of the day-to-day role.You will create contracts, proposals and marketing literature, renewing contracts, cross-selling new products and services, up-selling and retaining clients where applicable and progress all client workflow via our Pivotal and Monday.com management toolsensuring delivery and placement of workflow in line with agreed client strategy.You will work closely with internal departments to oversee the delivery of service to enable you to manage the clients portfolio.
