Job Description

PART TIME (Flexible) FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINSTRATORHighly successful IFA Practice are actively looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their team for 3-12 months. This role will require someone from a IFA Administrative support backgroundKey responsibilities in:

  • Supporting advisor/s
  • Liaising with clients
  • Chasing providers
  • Processing Applications
  • Maintaining back office systems
  • Preparation for meetings
  • Ensuring accurate policy information and generally offering full support
  • You can work from home or from our offices in Holyport. As a minimum you may need to come into the office once a week - in guidance with Covid GuidelinesTo be considered you must have previous experience in Financial Planning Administration within an IFA Practice or similarInitially the hours will be 9.30-1.30 Monday - FridaySalary is dependent on the level of experience.Looking foward to receiving you CV!
