EMH Care & SupportAkton recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Support worker to join the team.Job PurposeProvide high standards of care and support for service users across emh care & support Group, in line with care and support plans and compliant with CQC Regulations and The emh care & support Group policies and procedures.Promote individual rights and personal dignity for service users and provide them with every opportunity for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual development.Provide the funded hours of support for each individual in line with their individual support plan.Be flexible where and to whom you provide support as directed by the line manager.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport service users in accordance with their individual support plan which could include the following:-Develop service users contacts with the local community enabling them to integrate and access local facilities of their choice.Provide care and support for service users, encouraging them to do as much as possible for themselves in order to develop and maintain their independence and physical ability.Ensure a healthy, safe and clean environment for service users in their home, encouraging their involvement in achieving this.Support service users to maintain good personal hygiene, this may include personal careMonitor each service users individual health, with their involvement, reporting any concerns to the team leader.Important Information6 Month Contract£11.50 Umbrella Rate
