Job Description

Job Title; Sales and Marketing AssistantReports to; Marketing and PR ManagerSalary Range; £18,000 - £22,000Role DescriptionMagnavale, a leading company in the food storage and added value services sector, is looking for 2 talented individuals to join our growing team in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The ideal candidates will be highly organised, detail orientated and self-motivated. The role will, initially be based in the office with the opportunity to work from home as and when appropriate or dictated by Government guidelines.ResponsibilitiesSales

  • Core activity: Research and update Hubspot CRM company and contact system.
  • Core activity: Conduct research and identify potential new B2B customers.
  • Core activity: Keep CRM platform updated with ongoing sales records.
  • Supplementary activity: Occasionally responding to customer enquiries.
  • Supplementary activity: Taking minutes during meetings.

  • Core activity: Plan and write marketing copy.
  • Core activity: Preparing individualised customer presentations and case studies (from existing templates).
  • Supplementary activity: Make minor updates to website and online marketing collateral.
  • Supplementary activity: Monitor social media accounts and post updates when necessary.
  • Supplementary activity: Prepare monthly marketing reports using systems such as GoogleAnalytics, Hubspot and Wordpress.
    • Experience and QualificationsEssential
  • Personality is very key; we need someone who can self-motivate and stay on task, both in a busy office and working from home;Take initiative to research new areas of opportunity and stay highly organised in a complex sales environment.
  • You’ll need to be a confident and effective communicator via phone, email and in both digital and in-person meetings.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook)
    • Preferred
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Particularly Hubspot).
  • Experience in Wordpress.
  • Experience with GoogleAnalytics.
  • Experience with Adobe (Primarily Photoshop and InDesign).
  • Experience in Logistics, Storage, or Food Manufacture.
